Magadia is an 8(a) and Women-Owned Small Business organization with focus on improving quality of people’s health and well-being through health IT. Our mission is to implement innovative health IT automation, digital media, and intelligent systems that improve quality of people’s lives.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills/Certifications:
A. Personnel must have experience in the following:
- Computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
- Risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
- Laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy.
- Cybersecurity and privacy principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.
- Information technology (IT) security principles and methods (e.g., firewalls, demilitarized zones, encryption).
- Local area and wide area networking principles and concepts including bandwidth management.
- Server and client operating systems and systems administration concepts.
- Enterprise information technology (IT) architecture.
- Virtual Private Network (VPN) security.
B. It is recommended, but not required, that the personnel possess and maintain the following certifications during the period of performance:
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
- CompTIA Security+
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional
