The Bright Red Agency is growing our Social Media department and seeking a passionate Social Media Strategist. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience crafting social media strategies and tactical plans for both organic and paid efforts, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns, is a creative thinker, and a self-starter ready to dive into new learning opportunities.
The Day-to-Day
· Develop paid and organic social media strategies annually, quarterly, and per campaign with an innovative mindset to achieve client goals
· Execute, analyze and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and TikTok
· Present market research, performance reports, strategies, social campaign updates, and tactical planning decks to clients and internal teams via phone, video calls, and on occasion, in person meetings
· Continuously conduct social listening for clients and their competitors to recognize consumers passions, frustrations, sentiment drivers, etc. and develop strategies accordingly
· Develop monthly, quarterly, annual and campaign performance reports with clear insights, key learnings, and actionable optimizations
· Lead internal teams, review/approve content calendars and reports, and will be the last touchpoint on client deliverables
· Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging social channels, social platform’s new features and best practices across the social sphere
Qualifications
· 1+ years of developing and presenting social media strategies
· 2+ years executing paid social ad campaigns
· 4+ years in social media management
· Proven strategic planning and implementation experience
· Executes optimizations with a data first approach
· Possesses strong writing and presenting skills
· Lives and breathes social media, staying up to date on trends across all platforms
Location
Tallahassee, Florida but we will look at remote opportunities as well.
