We are looking for a highly organized, self-directed Social Media Manager to join LUMINARY as we grow. As a member of the team, you will support the development of LUMINARY’s expansion on social, managing the creation and implementation of a social strategy across existing and emerging platforms. This role will help to strategically create and implement a multi-platform content strategy that consistently delivers a brand propelling narrative and awareness. This candidate will define mechanisms to execute on our vision for social, as well as implement the reporting structures for teams to optimize content regularly.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for each relevant platform:Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Facebook, Facebook Group, LinkedIn
  • Define most important social media KPIs across all social channels to achieve a favorable position across all relevant measures
  • Create a unified brand expression across social customer touchpoints including organic and paid channels
  • Be curious to identify NEW content opportunities and trends to social channels
  • Develop innovative content calendar to express brand personality, key brand priorities and emerging trend moments
  • Create actionable reporting mechanisms (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and insights that inform content and strategy optimization on organic and paid social channels. Dive deep on social media analytics, driving new follower growth
  • Work with social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) to create innovative initiatives that engage our customers through new content types and experiences
  • Optimize social media channels (organic and paid) for revenue potential and purchase consideration
  • Manage social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign to include daily pivots as required to ensure maximum reach and engagement
  • Prepare brand relevant copy for all posts and work with designers to ensure content is informative, current and on brand point
  • Develop social commerce strategy and implement to drive sales across all partners
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Hire and train other team members as expansion occurs and social needs evolve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Local to Panama City, Tallahassee, or Pensacola FL
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of social media experience in creating and implementing social content strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media emerging platforms
  • Understanding of web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and social media reporting platforms
  • Excellent multitasking skills and time-management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player and work well cross company channels
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for storytelling
