Must have deep consumer app and digital product testing experience.
Our Healthcare client is looking for a Senior UI Designer to champion their human centered design approach, influencing their organization to put the patient first.
It starts with asking the right questions and end with intuitive, delightful and beautiful digital products and services. The designers are great storytellers, empathetic listeners, design geeks, and experts of their craft. You understand the profound impact design can have on a patient’s overall experience.
As a Senior UI Designer within the Digital Team, you will own the user interface throughout a project. You will design intuitive digital solutions, create elegant design components, and execute the interface using your expertise in visual design and user experience.
Primary Duties
- Designing within existing standards to contribute to our internal design system, best practices, and guidelines and supporting the creation and shaping of a new design system
- Creating high fidelity design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to market in partnership with technology colleagues
- Mastery of planning, conducting and synthesizing ethnographic studies and primary interviews with user/customers and major stakeholders
- Design and build the UI flow, and create and implement all UI assets across the content; this includes menus, front end, and in-experience interaction interface.
Responsibilities
- Confidently present design concepts and clearly articulate ideas to leaders, developers, and stakeholders.May be asked to lead the design workstreams within a program, project or initiative.
- Responsible for project planning, scoping, and sprint process management for UI design efforts.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/ Media Arts or relevant industry experience
Experience
- 5+ yrs of relevant experience in UI/UX design, concept development, building and shipping products (web, mobile apps, responsive designs), building and maintaining design systems, gained from working in an innovation agency, startup, tech company or large organization.
