Boulo Solutions is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Success Manager to join the team of our client, a Georgia-based marketing agency that specializes in marketing for churches, ministries, and businesses throughout the world with a tailor-made marketing solution based on their specific goals and objectives. This is a 100% remote / work-from-home position.

The Digital Marketing Success Manager will lead the charge in ensuring the company’s clients reach their desired outcomes. Eighty-five percent of this role is the primary client contact, providing short and long-term strategic guidance by helping improve their digital marketing programs in Google Ad and Facebook Ads, in addition to the fiscal responsibility for client accounts. The remaining part of this role maintains and applies knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing tools, technologies and analytics for prospective and existing clients.

Employment type: Full-time

Flexibility: 100% remote (preference to candidates in GA, AL, TX, CA and NJ)

Pay: $52,000 – $65,000 per year

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Success Manager position:

  • Direct the optimization efforts with the team of Google Ads and Facebook Ads specialists on the client’s behalf.
  • Collaborate with the digital advertising team to help improve the results (ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rates, Ad Spend, Revenue) for clients.
  • Manage all aspects of customer accounts, being the liaison between the client and company to ensure expectations are communicated, met, and exceeded.
  • Lead and manage a wide array of digital initiatives with a marketing focus, including branding, social media, advertising/media planning and negotiations, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure proper documentation for the project is developed and followed – e.g., status reports, statements of work, business requirements, sprint planning, etc.
  • Help to define and execute digital engagement strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid digital advertising and promotion for existing and prospective clients.
  • Assist in developing and managing project plans and resources to meet desired profit margins and success criteria for each initiative.
  • Demonstrate initiative in creating new ideas, processes, and techniques that enhance the account.
  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Work closely with other employees to address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Pitch all social products or strategy alternatives to the client to improve the client’s results.

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Success Manager:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 2+ years of proven success in previous client-facing account management roles, preferably with a marketing product.
  • Experience with churches is a plus!
  • Digital marketing experience with a focus on Google Ads, paid Facebook Ads.
  • Organic social media strategy, content creation, and management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights from digital marketing programs and make recommendations for improvement or scaling projects
  • Creative thinker who is comfortable presenting ideas and results to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and goal orientated
  • Excellent verbal, written, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify issues, take actions and proactively resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently and maintain level of motivation with regular, routine tasks
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets)
  • Proficient in using CRM’s similar to Salesforce
  • Exposure or experience working within Adobe Photoshop for minor graphic adjustments
