Paid Social Media Manager – Swell

Swell is a Marketing Agency based in Pensacola, FL. that helps change the way attorneys reach new clients by modernizing their digital marketing, helping them automate lead generation, and simplifying the intake process. We are currently seeking a full-time, Paid Social Media Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our clients’ paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple channels. Interested applicants will need to be excellent multi-taskers, analytical, results-oriented, and proactive communicators with the ability to manage multiple objectives effectively.

Here’s what you’ll be doing in this role:

• Work with advertising tools to implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns for our clients (attorneys). This includes, but is not limited to, display/retargeting, video, mobile, SEM, and Facebook advertising.
• Place and monitor media buys and adjust as necessary to optimize results.
• Evaluate digital advertising performance and produce detailed reports on campaigns.
• Participate in strategy and media planning meetings with stakeholders.
• Research new advertising opportunities and stay abreast of online advertising trends.
• Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data.

Skills and experiences required for this role:

• 3+ years experience in a dedicated digital advertising role, focused on Paid Social / Search campaigns.
• A deep understanding of campaign metrics, and ability to manipulate and analyze data in reporting systems such as Excel
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Highlevel
• The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the legal industry (mass tort preferred but not required), and has managed paid media budgets of $1M per month or more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
