Facilitates development of customized solutions to support CFA faculty & staff web-related needs and troubleshoots issues.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and maintains customized web-related solutions and strategies at the College of Fine Arts.

Actively participates in the customization of e-mail marketing materials.

Works with CFA and University Information Technology staff to ensure security of all web systems and services.

Maintains and monitors back-end performance of all College websites. Implements updates as needed.

Assists Communications Manager with operations to include special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or a combination of post-high school education and experience equal to four years.

Knowledge of web design and development.

Knowledge of applicable computer applications and functions.

Programming experience to include HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

Experience with Content Management Systems to include WordPress.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Knowledge of Accessibility and Usability Guidelines for Web and Electronic Media.

Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while remaining organized.

Preferred

Skill in analyzing and determining the most appropriate media for creation of graphic images.

Knowledge of graphic layout techniques and art in a digital format.

Ability to quickly grasp technological concepts and communicate them to others.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a project-based environment.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, individually and as part of a team.
