Main Areas of Focus: Client Education, Social Media, Marketing Software/Website Set-up, maintenance, automation and segmentation as well as building signage.

General Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deliver client facing educational content for social, blog postings, websites, etc. for both Acentria and other FRP entities, determined by the SVP of Marketing.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute digital ad campaigns while working in conjunction with the SVP of MarketingAnalyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conduct and report on market research to identify new marketing opportunities and help shape future marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Coordinator team member to effectively accomplish overall team marketing initiatives and goals
  • Establish, coordinate and execute fully encompassing marketing campaigns for the organization’s insurance producers to generate leads/prospects as well as cross sell/drip campaigns for current client base.
  • Serve as a power user on marketing programs and software to include: Asana, HubSpot
  • Develop business process automations (i.e., marketing workflows, CRM integrations, campaign succession) to work towards an Agile Marketing Plan
  • Work alongside the SVP of Marketing to strategize and execute new organizational website, future landing pages, functions, etc.
  • Serve as the liaison with outside signage vendors to ensure branding and co-branding standards are met with new locations, mergers/acquisitions and/or office consolidations. Work in conjunction with the Facilities Regional Manager and SVP of Marketing
  • Assist marketing team with planning and executing organization’s Annual Conference and other events
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities including HubSpot, Google, Asana Certifications, etc.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Provides support to marketing department initiatives and undertakes individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
  • Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities
