Our Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns and strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. The selected candidate will plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media, ensuring a consistent brand message. Other responsibilities include launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness; providing updates and tracking reports for website; monitoring key online marketing metrics to track success.

To qualify, candidates should have proven experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices; demonstrative experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.
Other requirements include
- Working knowledge of email creation and tracking tools (Microsoft CRM/ Hubspot)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Photography and Videography skills are a plus
- Travel throughout state of Florida to represent company at conferences and events while meeting customers and participating in exhibit booths
