You will work closely with our in-house media and creative teams and with clients and vendors such as Google/YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, LinkedIn, and other digital/social providers. Your work will include, but not be limited to, developing and implementing marketing strategies for a business’s social media sites that generate inbound leads, gain followers, and create a positive image for the company. This may include researching, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts, and implementing tactics to increase followers. You will also be responsible for regularly evaluating our marketing efforts’ success and tweaking the marketing strategy as needed.

Skills you will be learning and using include:

o SEO optimization by aligning it with the overall social media plan and strategy.

o Social Media expertise to know which type of content works best on what platform and optimize accordingly.

o Customer Service Specialist skills to learn how best to handle all customer interactions.

o Copywriting Skills to convey ideas in a clear and precise way to win the sale.

  • Visual Intelligence by gaining general knowledge of design to create visually appealing content to accompany posts.

o Learn / Monitor Google Analytics accounts to understand the complete marketing cycle from creative concept to customer conversion.

o Contribute, as needed, since we are a small group that helps each other. Tasks may include mocking up presentations, reporting, and general client communications.
