JOB MUST-HAVE
- Film, video, or directing experience
- Production lighting experience
- Proficient with ProPresenter presentation software
- Experience with video equipment. Switchers, scalers, converters, frame rates, video codecs, video over IP, etc.
- Highly organized and skilled with data tracking platforms (Google Docs, Excel, Etc.)
- Excellent at time management
- Great communication and decision making skills
- Desire to constantly grow skills and knowledge of production systems
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team as well as be a self starter
JOB NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience in multi-site live stream
- Experience with Vectorworks 3D modeling software
- Experience in stage design and rigging
RESPONSIBILITIES – SERVICES & EVENTS
- Ensure live video production is executed at the highest level for weekend services including live stream to multisite and IMAG
- Programming of creative and engaging lighting for weekend services and Wednesday youth services
- Training and equipping volunteers to operate video and lighting positions
- Lead and schedule visual teams between St. Charles campus and Realm
- Maintaining and repairing all video and lighting equipment between St. Charles campus and Realm
- Create lighting & stage design for all Waypoint Church facilities
A*DMINISTRATIVE*:
- Attend all relevant meetings.
- Be knowledgeable of ethical and safe practices that minimize the church’s liability.
- Oversee the required billing and other payments involved for the creation of media elements.
- Provide resources, documentation, and communication for leadership as directed.
- Assist in developing and oversee the day-to-day stewardship of assigned ministry budgets.

- Able to affirm the beliefs outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
